Today marks the first Monday of a new month. That means it's time for my fourth Monthly Goals post! Today, I'll be recapping how I did on last month's goal, and talking about my goal for next month.
Recap for April: Last month, my goal was to be more patient with my brothers. I did a little better than usual, but honestly, it wasn't much better. I still have a long way to go. Patience is definitely still one of my weakest traits and I will definitely continue to work on that!
May's Goal: My goal for this month is to get done with school. This year I'm doing classes through my high school and also taking college courses through LTC. My LTC classes all have due dates and such, and it's very straightforward as to what needs to get done and when. My high school courses on the other hand, have no due dates. So it's very easy to get behind on them, as I have done this semester with them.
One of my first posts for the year was My 2016 Goals. One of my goals I mentioned in that post was to get all A's in my LTC classes. With two weeks left, that goal is within sight! I have all A's, just have to hold on to them through finals. I'm doing great on those classes! I just have to get back on pace with my high school ones.
So that's what's going on with me this month: I've got to stop being lazy and get to work! I have a great job that I'll be working this summer, and the sooner my school is done the sooner I can get started and I can't wait. God has blessed me so much, and I'm so thankful! But I need to be a good steward of the things he has given me, and that's my focus this month.
